wen you are student you can have just the techenique that you learn in the scool wen you are genin you can learn just 10 techeniques wen you are Chunin you can learn just 15 techeniques wen you are jounin/ambu you can learn just 20 techeniques wen you are a special jounin/member of Akatsuki you can learn just 25 techeniques wen you are sanin/akatsuki leader/ambu leader you can have just 25 techeniques wen you are Kage you can learn Infinity techeniques and wen you want to learn new techeniques you need to learn them whit a member that all redy no the techeniques you want to learn

The rules are very simple wen you just bigen make your Presentation sheet JUST WEN YOU ARE VALIDED BY AN ADMINISTRATOR^you can chose your village in groups for Akatsuki you will be asked 5 quetion and you need to be chunin for ambu you will do the test jounin/ambu to become an ambu you need to be Chunin and to be genin you will do a test whit your Hokage he will say to you what you will do and Chunin the Hokage of Konoha will send to all the genins preper for the test he will send you a privet messenge whit quetions you need to answer at least 6 quetions after the fight will began for Jounin/Ambu you will do a test very hard you will chose to be a Ambu or Jounin and to be an spesial Jounin you will have a test given you by your Hokage
